Leadership
Leadership that stays close to the work.
At ThreatGaurd, leadership means setting the standard for every test, report and recommendation, and being accountable to clients for the result.
How we lead
Four commitments our leadership holds itself to.
Titles matter less than how leaders behave. These are the commitments behind every engagement we deliver.
-
Close to the work
Our leaders stay involved in engagements, not just in proposals. They review scope, approach and results.
-
Accountable to clients
Every engagement has a senior lead you can reach, and a clear path to leadership whenever you need it.
-
Quality before speed
Findings and reports are reviewed for accuracy and clarity before they reach you. We would rather be right than first.
-
Integrity in every recommendation
We recommend what you need, say clearly what is outside our role and never overstate a finding or a fix.
Leadership responsibilities
Clear ownership for everything we deliver.
Every part of our work has a clear leadership owner, so standards stay consistent and you always know where accountability sits.

Meet our leadership
Our leaders are happy to meet you.
Why you will not find names on this page
As a security company, we keep our team’s identities off public pages. It reduces the risk of targeted phishing and impersonation against our people, and through them, against our clients.
This is a deliberate security choice, not a lack of transparency. Clients and prospective clients can meet our leadership and review their experience whenever they need to.
