FAQ

Questions about requesting an assessment

Can’t find your answer? Our team is happy to help.

Is there any cost or obligation?

No. Sharing your request and the first scoping conversation come with no cost and no obligation. You only commit once you accept a written proposal.

Can we sign an NDA first?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions, and an NDA is always in place before we access any of your systems.

What if we are not sure which service we need?

Choose “Not sure yet” and tell us what is driving the request. We will recommend the right service, or combination of services, during the scoping call.

What information should we not send?

Please do not send passwords, keys, network diagrams or other sensitive details through this form or by email. We will agree a secure way to share anything we need once the engagement is scoped.

What happens after we send the request?

A specialist reviews your request and contacts you to arrange a short scoping call. After that, you receive a clear, fixed-scope proposal with approach, timeline and cost.
