Why it matters

Customers, regulators and boards all want proof.

Enterprise customers send longer security questionnaires, regulators introduce new privacy and resilience rules, and boards expect a clear view of cyber risk. Meeting each request separately is slow, expensive and stressful.

Our risk and compliance services build one joined-up programme, so you can answer customers faster, meet regulatory duties and show steady progress to your board.

  • Questionnaires that slow down sales

Every new enterprise customer asks for evidence that your team has to assemble by hand.

  • Rules that keep changing

New privacy and resilience regulations arrive faster than policies are updated.

  • Compliance that does not reduce risk

Programmes built only to pass an audit can leave real risks untouched.

Why ThreatGaurd

Compliance programmes that improve security, not just paperwork.

  • Risk first, not checklist first

Every control is linked to a real business risk, so effort goes where it matters.

  • One programme, many frameworks

Shared controls are mapped once and reused across standards and regulations.

  • Right-sized for your organisation

Policies and processes your teams can actually follow, not documents that sit on a shelf.

  • Independent and transparent

We work alongside your auditors and legal counsel, and are clear about what each party provides.

Supports compliance evidence for

  • ISO/IEC 27001
  • SOC 2
  • ISO 22301
  • PCI DSS
  • GDPR
  • India DPDP Act

Our reports support your compliance evidence. Certification and audit opinions are issued by your auditor or certification body.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask about risk and compliance

Can’t find your answer? Our team is happy to help.

Where should we start with risk and compliance?

Most organisations start with an Information Security Gap and Risk Assessment. It shows where you stand against the frameworks you need and gives you a prioritised roadmap, which makes certification and regulatory work faster and more focused.

Can one programme cover ISO 27001, SOC 2 and privacy laws?

Yes. Many controls overlap, such as access control, risk management, incident response and supplier management. We map them once and reuse the evidence across frameworks.

Are you a certification body or a law firm?

No. ThreatGaurd provides independent advisory and readiness services. ISO certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies, SOC 2 reports by CPA firms, and legal interpretation should be confirmed by your legal counsel. We work alongside all of them.

How long does it take to become compliant?

It depends on your starting point, your size and the frameworks you need. A gap assessment takes a few weeks, and readiness for ISO 27001 often takes a few months. Compliance is then maintained through regular reviews.

Can you help us answer customer security questionnaires?

Yes. A well-documented programme makes questionnaires much faster to answer, and our Virtual CISO service can support your team with questionnaires and customer audits.

Do you work with organisations outside India?

Yes. Our services cover international standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI DSS, and engagements can be delivered remotely.
