IT and SaaS

Ship secure products and win customer trust.

ThreatGaurd helps SaaS companies, software vendors and IT service providers secure their applications, APIs and cloud, keep pace with fast release cycles and pass the security reviews that stand between them and enterprise deals.

Why it matters

For software companies, security is part of the product.

Customers trust you with their data, their users and often their own customers. One serious breach, or one weak answer in a security review, can stall a deal, cost a renewal or make headlines.

At the same time, you ship weekly or daily, run on cloud services you do not fully control and depend on open-source code you did not write. Security has to keep up with that pace.

  • Security reviews that stall deals

Enterprise buyers ask detailed questions and expect recent, independent evidence.

  • Code, cloud and dependencies change daily

Every release, configuration change and new package can introduce new risk.

  • Customer data side by side

In a multi-tenant product, one access control flaw can expose one customer’s data to another.

Security in your release cycle

Built into how you ship, not bolted on at the end.

Fast-moving product teams cannot wait for a yearly test. We fit security checks into the way you already build, release and run software.

  1. BuildReview pipelines, dependencies and container images for weaknesses.
  2. TestTest major releases, new APIs and features before customers use them.
  3. RunCheck cloud configuration, identity and access in production.
  4. MonitorFind and prioritise new vulnerabilities as they appear.
  5. ProveTurn results into evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and customer reviews.

Enterprise security reviews

Answer every buyer question with evidence.

Before an enterprise customer signs, their security team sends a questionnaire. We help you close the gaps and build the evidence behind every answer.

  • Evidence you can reuse for every questionnaire
  • Gaps fixed before the buyer finds them
  • Clear answers for procurement and legal teams

How we handle your data

FAQ

Questions software leaders ask us

Can’t find your answer? Our team is happy to help.

Can you help us pass an enterprise customer’s security review?

Yes. We test your application, APIs and cloud, help you fix what matters before the review and give you clear evidence to share. If you also need SOC 2 or ISO 27001, our readiness service prepares you for the audit.

How often should a SaaS product be penetration tested?

Most enterprise customers expect independent testing at least once a year and after major changes, such as a new product, a new API or a significant architecture change. Many teams add lighter testing around major releases.

Do you test isolation between customers in a multi-tenant product?

Yes. Checking that one customer cannot reach another customer’s data is a core part of our application and API testing, using separate test tenants that you provide.

Does the EU Cyber Resilience Act apply to us?

It depends on what you sell. The Act covers products with digital elements placed on the EU market, with reporting obligations from 11 September 2026 and most other requirements from 11 December 2027. Pure SaaS is often treated differently from downloadable software, so confirm your scope with legal counsel. We help you prepare the security side.

Do you work with IT services companies and managed service providers?

Yes. IT services firms and MSPs are often audited by their own clients. We help with ISO 27001 readiness, infrastructure and cloud security testing, and the evidence your clients ask for.

Can you work around our release schedule?

Yes. We plan testing around your sprints and releases, test against staging where possible and share critical findings straight away, so they can be fixed before release.
